Due diligence involves a series of in depth investigations to assess the property’s legal and financial status before you commit to the purchase.

You should check out whether the property is currently tenanted, what fittings/structures form part of the sale and does it fulfil the purposes of your requirements.

Commercial conveyancing is more complex, often involving additional considerations like GST, zoning, and business leases.
